1. The Service

HumanifyCV provides online tools to build, humanize, analyse, and export resumes and related content. Some tools are free and available without an account; others require a free or paid account.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Plans, pricing & payments

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on our pricing page. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By purchasing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
• One-time products grant the entitlements described at purchase (for example, a number of CV exports valid for a stated period).
• Subscription plans grant their stated monthly or yearly entitlements. You can stop using a plan at any time; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that is false, misleading, or infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or bypass usage limits or security controls.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the resume and profile content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to operate the Service for you (for example, to generate previews and exports). You are responsible for the accuracy of your content.

6. AI-generated output & tool disclaimers

• Features that rewrite or generate text produce suggestions you should review and edit. You are responsible for the final content you submit to employers.
• Our ATS scores and AI-likeness checks are heuristic and probabilistic. They are advisory and do not guarantee how any specific employer's systems will read your resume, and are not proof of human or AI authorship.
• We do not guarantee any outcome such as an interview, job offer, or employment.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, templates, design, and branding, is owned by Anirudh Vaka under the brand name HumanifyCV and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as permitted.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anirudh Vaka, operating under the brand name HumanifyCV, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
